Cancellation policy

At Arabian Rituals, we work with great care and dedication to handcraft each order and ensure the highest quality in our natural cosmetic products.

For this reason, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been processed. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must email us at contact@arabianrituals.com within 2 hours of order confirmation. After this time, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in preparation or transit.

Please remember that due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, except in exceptional cases where the product has arrived incorrect or damaged. If that’s the case, contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order, including photos of the product and your order number.
